 有關(guān)Windows 7中Windows Media Player的在線媒體播放功能，大家可能用得比較少。其實(shí)，這是一個(gè)相當(dāng)人性化的功能。(參見：在Win 7中通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)播放其他電腦上的音樂)日前，國外有用戶專門贊揚(yáng)了此功能：

“這功能用得越多，印象就越深刻�，F(xiàn)在看來，Windows 7中的這項(xiàng)功能確實(shí)很智能。我發(fā)現(xiàn)至少有一點(diǎn)是這樣，所播放內(nèi)容的比特率是根據(jù)網(wǎng)速自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)的。根據(jù)測試，我發(fā)現(xiàn)，如果是以網(wǎng)線連接到路由，那么比特率在2000左右；而如果是通過802.11n無線連接，比特率就下降到了1200.“

I discovered that the bit rate for streaming is adaptive and adjusts to your connection speed. While I don’t have any technical details or white papers that explain the inner workings, I sense that on the host end, the connection type and speed is auto detected and the bit rate set accordingly.
