 Windows 7  Beta將會在幾周內(nèi)過期了。此前微軟曾宣布，Windows 7 Beta Build 7000就是個定時炸彈。到本月底，還在使用Windows 7 Beta Build 7000的用戶會發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的機(jī)器有些不同了，因?yàn)橄到y(tǒng)會不停地自動重啟。

微軟TechNet Plus產(chǎn)品團(tuán)隊(duì)的一名成員透露：“注意了，Windows 7 Beta將會在本月底過期，用戶應(yīng)當(dāng)在7月1日前準(zhǔn)備好重新安裝Windows 7 RC或其他版本。”

目前，可用的Windows 7版本下載如下：

Windows 7 RC Build 7100
Windows 7 Build 7227
Windows 7 Build 7229

其中，7227，7229和7232作為pre-rtm版本，已經(jīng)無法用RC的Key激活了。

The first phase of the Windows 7 Beta expiration process is now just a couple of weeks away. Build 7000 is time bombed, a common practice that Microsoft has adopted for all software it is offering for Beta testing, and set to expire completely in just a month and a half. However, come the end of June, testers still running Beta Build 7000 will find
their experience of using Windows 7 deteriorating. The operating system will still be fully usable, except for repetitive and automatic restarts.
