Coolermaster is a company that specializes in building products aimed at the hardware enthusiast.  Their products range from heatsinks and fans, all the way up to performance oriented cases.  Today I will be looking at their new Hyper TX3 Cooler.  This cooler is aimed at the budget market with at MSRP of around $20.  This cooler works on a variety of different sockets.
