 Microsoft 15 日宣布全新 Windows 7 香港地區(qū)售價，盒裝版本由 HKD $1,699 至 $2,699 港元不等，升級版本則由 $HKD 1,099 至 $1,860 不等，為了支援香港體育邉影l(fā)展，微軟將於 24 日舉行 Windows 7 慈善首賣活動，以 HKD $377 發(fā)售 400 套 Windows 7 Ultimate 版本，所益將撥損香港體育學院。 根 據(jù) Microsoft 香港官方定價， Windows 7 Home Premium 、 Windows 7 Professional 及 Windows 7 Ultimate 盒裝完全版本建議零售價，分別為 HKD$1,699 、 $2,599 及 $2,699 ， Windows 7 Home Premium 、 Windows 7 Professional 及 Windows 7 Ultimate 升級版本建議零售價，則為 HKD$1,099 、 $1,760 及 $1,860 。
 
此外， Microsoft 同時宣布，將於 2009 年 10 月 24 ( 星期六 ) 上午 11 時 隆重舉行「 Windows 7 慈善首賣日」，限售 400 套 Windows7 Ultimate (Not for Resale) 版本，并以慈善價港幣 $377 發(fā)售，先到先得，售完即止，所有慈善首賣所得的全數(shù)收益，將撥捐香港體育學院，支持本地邉訂T提升資訊科技知識。

值得注意的是，首名買家除可以港幣 $377 購得 Windows 7 Ultimate (Not for Resale) 版本一套外，更可額外獲贈印有 Microsoft 執(zhí)行長 Steve Ballmer 簽名的 Windows 7 Ultimate 特別限量 (Not for Resale) 版本一套。
 
暫時 Microsoft 仍未就「 Windows7 慈善首賣日」舉行地點作出公布。
