 在Vista中，微軟給其量身定做了安全中心功能，在其中用戶可以找到有關(guān)系統(tǒng)安全方面的信息，另外當(dāng)系統(tǒng)存在安全問題時，安全中心會進行診斷和修復(fù)。

雖然用戶可以從中了解系統(tǒng)是否安全，但并不能提供系統(tǒng)維護方面的信息。

而在Windows 7中，微軟引進了全新的Action Center這個概念，作為原先安全中心的改進版。在此，用戶可以輕松讀取系統(tǒng)維護和安全提示，診斷和修復(fù)系統(tǒng)問題。

提示系統(tǒng)

當(dāng)系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)安全問題時，Action Center會在桌面上以短消息的形式向用戶發(fā)出提醒。這樣的提示一目了然，并且用戶能夠及時得知系統(tǒng)存在什么問題。當(dāng)然，有人可能會覺得這樣的提示過于頻繁的話也是件煩人的事情，對此，Action Center也提供了一系列的個性設(shè)置。

Action Center在控制面板-安全或者維護中都可以找到。

這里的Action Center跟Vista下的安全中心基本一樣，主要提供安全方面的信息。

這里的Action Center主要提供系統(tǒng)維護方面的信息，包括系統(tǒng)還原，自動更新等。

診斷和修復(fù)

在Windows 7中，診斷和修復(fù)問題并不是件輕松的事情，但通過診斷和修復(fù)向?qū)�，系統(tǒng)可以自動檢測問題并試圖修復(fù)，并會給予用戶豐富的提示。

Eventhough it gives users the necessary information they need, it is not sufficient enough and troubleshooting problems is not an average joe's job.
