 在過去的一年里，我是云計算的忠實擁護者。但展望2009，我覺得對整個IT業(yè)影響最大的產(chǎn)品就是微軟的新版Windows，也就是Windows 7。微軟將會在今年以兩種形式發(fā)布此系統(tǒng)，Windows 7和Windows Server 2008 R2。我相信這兩者都會是相當出色的系統(tǒng)，他們的到來將宣布XP和2003的死亡。

Windows 7 Beta

新的一年剛開始，微軟就發(fā)布了Windows 7 Beta。這對所有企業(yè)而言是一個絕好的機會以好好對該版本進行估值，因為我相信微軟只會發(fā)布一個Beta，緊接著就是一個RC版本，然后直接正式版。如果事實如此的話，4月左右，Windows 7基本就完成了。也就是說，不像Vista那樣，企業(yè)們根本沒有多少時間來做好準備。

由于Vista的關(guān)系，很多人談到Windows 7的第一印象都不是很好，因為兩者看起來太像了，但如果你能深入了解一下的話，相信你會有不小的改觀。

說到性能，我覺得微軟會讓人們大吃一驚。如果你所工作的企業(yè)因為Vista的壞名聲而沒有升級到Vista的話，你應(yīng)該重新審視一下Windows 7。雖然看起來很像，但Windows 7的啟動和運行更快，系統(tǒng)配置要求更低，甚至在Netbook級的機器上也能流暢運行。

而談到企業(yè)用戶，由于Vista SP1的良好基礎(chǔ)，Windows 7也有一系列的優(yōu)點：

*優(yōu)化過的用戶界面
*改進后的Bitlocker To Go加密
*更純凈、更小的體積
*優(yōu)越的兼容性
*配置要求低，無需升級硬件
*更好的ReadyBoost功能
*卓越的電源管理
*更好用的系統(tǒng)修復(fù)

這些，對企業(yè)用戶而言，自然是極大的助力，也為他們提供了升級到Windows 7的理由。

For all the talk about cloud computing this past year--and believe me, I'm a huge proponent of this emerging computing trend--as I look forward to 2009, the biggest product I see impacting IT is in fact the most classic Microsoft product of all, Windows. More specifically, I'm referring to Windows 7, which in 2009 will appear in both client and server form, the latter branded as Windows Server 2008 R2. These products will together define what kind of year the software giant and its customers will have.
