 以WIndows 7 Beta Build 7000為基礎(chǔ)，微軟正在把Windows 7 Beta推向一個(gè)頂點(diǎn)。微軟副主席Mike Nash日前表?yè)P(yáng)了Windows部門主管Steven Sinofsky在此方面所做的努力。

Nash稱“總的來說，很令人興奮。我們的PDC和WinHec合作伙伴稱在WIndows 7的功能上看到了很多機(jī)遇，比如設(shè)備和打印機(jī)，還有多點(diǎn)觸摸功能。這無疑是所有WIndows的Beta版本中最為成熟的一個(gè)。我相信這將會(huì)掀起一場(chǎng)Windows 7熱。”

確實(shí)，雖然是在Beta階段，但Windows 7的功能已經(jīng)全部完成。Vista 的Beta與現(xiàn)在的Windows 7 Beta沒得比。Nash透露：“我們?cè)诋a(chǎn)品變革方面作了很多努力，希望我們的合作伙伴可以在他們的產(chǎn)品中充分利用這些功能，相信Windows 7的成熟和未來將會(huì)帶來一次系統(tǒng)變革。”

Microsoft is applauding Windows 7 Beta to be the apex of all previous Beta releases of Windows 7. By putting Beta Build 7000 on a pedestal, Mike Nash, corporate vice president for Windows Product Management, indirectly praised the work done by Steven Sinofsky, senior vice president, Windows and Windows Live Engineering Group, the man who took the lead of the Windows project following the departure of Jim Allchin, (former) co-president, Platforms & Services Division.
