 最近，國(guó)外網(wǎng)站TechArp泄露的一份文檔表明，早在去年12月10號(hào)時(shí)微軟就已經(jīng)向OEM合作廠商公布了Windows 7的升級(jí)計(jì)劃。也就是說(shuō)，在2008年底時(shí)，微軟就打算從2009年7月1日起為購(gòu)買Vista機(jī)器的用戶免費(fèi)升級(jí)到Windows 7。泄露文檔顯示購(gòu)買期限為2009年7月1日至2010年1月31日。

The Redmond company released the draft of the Windows 7 Upgrade Program to OEM partners on December 10, 2008, a document that was leaked by TechArp. Even at the end of 2008, Microsoft was planning to debut the initiative on July 1, 2009. Via the Windows 7 Upgrade program, customers acquiring Vista PCs will be given the opportunity of inexpensive and free upgrades to Windows 7, as long as they will buy the machines with Vista and not wait for the launch of Windows 7. The latest documentation leaked for the program reveals an Eligibility Period spanning from July 1, 2009 through January 31, 2010
