 微軟透露，Windows 7前期版本的一些功能組件將會比系統(tǒng)本身先一步過期。這里的組件主要是指內置的視頻和音頻解碼器。

盡管Windows 7 Beta Build 7000的過期日期為7月2日，但這些組件將會提前幾個月到期，也就是說，如果是在1月初安裝的話，本月中旬，這些組件就會失效。好在微軟已經打算發(fā)布更新以替換這些組件。

微軟官方聲明稱：“在Windows 7的前期版本中，視頻、音頻解碼器將會在90天后過期。過期后，DVD、TV等在播放時會出現(xiàn)無法找到解碼器的錯誤提示。包括MPEG，H.264和AAC在內的格式都將受影響。杜比音效也將無法實現(xiàn)。”

同時，微軟還稱將在本月15日發(fā)布新解碼器包用于替換過期后的解碼器。不過，軟件巨頭并沒有提及7022和7048版本，或許也會受影響。
