 繼上一次Windows live Onecare與Windows 7 Beta曝出兼容性問題后，這次Zune也遭遇了同樣的問題。Zune是微軟出品的音樂播放器。但最近微軟員工David Szabo,指出Zune在Windows 7 Beta進(jìn)行同步時(shí)可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)兼容性問題。“事實(shí)上Zune是在充電而不是同步。”

“安裝完Windows 7后，Zune軟件可能無法識(shí)別出設(shè)備，此時(shí)，右鍵Zune - 以管理員身份運(yùn)行，此時(shí)，Zune應(yīng)該就能正常識(shí)別了。”不過最好的方法還是盡快更新微軟發(fā)布的Zune固件更新 Zune 3.1

Zune users that have also upgraded to Windows 7 Beta Build 7000 or later have been reporting synchronization issues between the digital media player and the operating system. Various reports, including one from David Szabo, Microsoft IW consultant, indicate that Zune is not synchronizing with the first and only Beta of Windows 7. "More
