 或許是泄露得太多頻繁，或許是用戶反饋過于強烈，或許是不想Windows 7背負上不好的名聲，總之微軟終于關注起外界有關Windows 7的各種討論和話題了。對于用戶的抱怨，微軟解釋如下：

“我們這些天也經(jīng)常注意到有用戶正在使用一些非官方發(fā)布的Windows 7版本并抱怨有關穩(wěn)定性方面的一些問題，比如，Windows Live Messenger停止工作、打印機或其他設備消失以及開始菜單快捷方式失效等等。事實上這些問題都無傷大雅，最多重新安裝軟件或設備即可。”

此外，微軟還警告用戶應慎重對待泄露版本：

“此外，用戶應當注意最好只安裝和使用我們官方發(fā)布的版本。我們知道大家都想裝上最新的版本，但誰也不知道泄露版本里有沒有加入別的什么，這有一定的安全風險。RC發(fā)布時我們會提供HASH值供校驗。”
